The dictionary describes wanderlust as “a deep desire to travel and explore the world”. And hardly ever before have we collectively felt such a strong urge to wander, after those long months of constraints and restrictions. No wonder we all crave for a change of scenery, new experiences and encounters, a different light — and different smells and aromas too.
Long-time contributor Klas Foerster happily gave in to his urge to wander and created for us a very personal travel journal. Not only does this series bring to us a refreshingly different look at his favorite travel destination, Mallorca. He also portrayed a selection of inspiring perfume creations we smuggled into his luggage as part of the Majorcan scenery. You can literally hear the surf, feel the warm wind on your skin and smell the herbs, the dry earth and the sea breeze.
No matter whether you’ve already returned home from your summer holidays or you’re counting the days till it’s time to pack your bags, and even if you’ll be only travelling with your mind: we want you to have a happy and inspiring 2021 summer time. Enjoy!
